When you place an order through the website we will send you an acknowledgement e-mail, this e-mail is not an order acceptance nor is it an order confirmation from Driven Sporting.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the goods ordered, unless you have cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation clause set out below. We will e-mail you to inform you that your order has been accepted and the goods have been despatched.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order and there will be no contract between us.
By submitting an order to us, you represent and warrant that the details you have provided on your order are valid and correct, that you are the person referred to in the billing details and that when your order is processed by us payment will be made in full. If you provide inaccurate address details or fail to collect any unsuccessful recorded deliveries which results in your order being returned to us, we may charge additional fees for administration costs and re-delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order before it is despatched you must do so via e-mail or through the My Account section of the website. We will then make a full refund to your credit/debit card within 14 days.
If you wish to return a product after it has been despatched then we offer a 14 day returns policy, starting from the day that you receive your goods. You must return any products at your own expense and they must reach us in their original, unused condition.
Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packed to avoid damage whilst in-transit and that they are sent by Recorded Delivery (please retain your delivery receipt as proof of postage).
We may provide a partial refund if a product is returned to us with any damage or signs of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the goods are as expected.
All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Once we have received the returned product(s) we will issue a refund for the value of the product (excluding postage and packing costs) to your credit/debit card within 14 days.
If a product is returned because it is incorrect or faulty, and you do not want a replacement, we will refund the price of the product (including postage and packing costs).
All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.
Please contact us before returning any goods so that we can explain how to make the return and give you a return reference number.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We only accept payment for orders in Pounds Sterling (£).
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards through the PayPal payment service.
All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery charges may apply and will be shown in the 'Cart' as 'Handling Charge' prior to completing payment.
We reserve the right to change the prices listed and to end any promotions or offers without notice, we also reserve the right to add or withdraw any item at any time. All orders for products are subject to availability.
Although we make every effort to ensure the prices on the website are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of either resubmitting your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Orders are normally despatched within 2 working days, however if the product is not in stock or it is during a peak business time it may take longer. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
If we are unable to fulfil your order within 28 days, we shall either agree a new timescale with you or you may cancel the order, in which case we will return any payments that you have made in full.
All delivery times quoted on this website are estimates only and are based on working days. We shall not be liable to you for any delay or failure to deliver the goods within these estimated timescales.
Our delivery charges include packaging, handling and postal costs.
Deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
We may apply a surcharge for delivery to certain addresses in remote locations within the UK, and surcharges will be applied for international deliveries.
If we are unable to deliver to the requested address we will notify you when we receive the order and may provide the opportunity for you to provide an alternative delivery address. If this is not possible then we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
